In the past twenty-five years, Dr. Solaroğlu performed thousands of neurosurgical operations. His own view is that there is no such thing as a “one man show” in neurosurgery. Effective team working is key to his success in employing the newest and most advanced neurosurgical treatments and techniques to benefit his patients.

His dedicated neurosurgery team at Koç University Hospital, work closely with experts from other specialties to provide multidisciplinary care to all of patients. The team tailors treatment to meet individual patients' needs from first visit to the clinic through excellent surgical and follow-up care.

The team is highly qualified in treating cerebral aneurysms, brain tumors, CNS trauma, and complex spine disorders in a state-of-the-art environment with low mortality and morbidity rates.
